Royal Inkwell Casino & Hotel opened in 2019. We sit right on Thorn Street in the heart of Ipswich, Queensland. Our goal was simple: build a place where people have fun and feel at home.
We're not the biggest casino in Australia. We like it that way. What we are is personal. Our staff know the regulars by name. First-timers get a warm welcome.
We hold a Queensland Gaming Licence and meet all state and federal rules. Responsible gaming matters to us. We train every team member on how to spot and help problem gambling.

When Jess and Tom Thompson booked their wedding, they wanted something different. Not a church. Not a garden. A casino.
We set up the Grand Ballroom with 200 seats. Custom lighting. A live jazz band on the mezzanine. The poker tables became cocktail bars after the ceremony.
